It doesn't say I can't alter the second degree burns. I just can't remove it. I'll make them 1st degree burns and it will go away within a week

If you can't hide or remove the scars, you can remove the pain, or make the scars heal alot quicker

If its only second degree you would hardly get any visible permanent scars. You might need some attention from a doctor though.
