Isn't this kinda like being paralyzed, but with ultimate freedom over dreams AND being able to move around in your bed? Like, what about the size of this bed that you can't escape from? Who's saying you won't live a full and successful life just from that bed?

Just sleep forever and dream of getting out of bed and your life continuing, and also you could make your life turn out great. Wait, you"d be aware that the people in your dream are not real and what"s happening is not actually happening and you"re in bed. Nevermind I"d be depressed.
