I'll make my own costume and ban dc from writing about me. And my two powers will be the ability to give powers (including to myself) and infinite stealth so i"d have every power too. it"s a Win-Win.

It never says you have to wear the costume, plus i could have one of the powers to be able to grant unlimited wishes. Wish to live your life by your command, so that rules out the DC part, and you have unlimited wishes so you have potentially unlimited superpowers. Loopholes found.
