Regeneration (Wolverine or Deadpool kind), or the power to grant infinite wishes even my own without consequence. Then I never die from smoking because either my tissue regenerates faster than the cigarettes can kill me, or I can just wish for regeneration so that I don't die.

Well it generally takes smoking 2 packs day from like teens till 60s/70s to get cancer. So if my non smoking as started smoking 1 pack day at almost 40 I"d probably die of natural causes first.
