No but genuienly what is the downside? You can never be sick/ill, you're immortal, and you never feel hot.. But you're just freezing cold? You're immortal. "But it doesn't harm you", then what is the downside? Immortality, and never ill, oh yeah but you feel freezing cold??

Depending at what point you consider cold harmful, you'd likely feel like you're constantly surrounded by a pleasant breeze, as that's as cold as possible before it actually becomes "harmful."
