of course. it's a bit difficult and unreasonable, but you don't have to get hurt. all the lives to save as well? you could go running around just helping people for any amount of time you want. the good outweighs the bad.

So. If i get a paper cut my blood no longer clots to stop the bleeding. Yeah, worst power ever. Your own cells have die and get replaced essentially "healing." You would die a painful death over the course of a day or two.
