You don't have to always use the backpack, and when you do just use it for awesome stuff like slomotion irl stuff, or jump off a cliff and then fill the backpack for a 90% slow and just fall gently to the ground and land gracefully instead of breaking your legs.

Actually no downside. You get a nice backpack with just one negative point. You could also sell it if you don't need it.

There"s no real downfall in this one. If you don't press the button, you just get struck with normal backpacks, that are both heavy, and slow you down, and can only hold so many items. Plus, it"s not like you will put so many things into this backpack that you move at a snail"s pace.
