I don't know where you got that information from but aids and cancer are very different and their cures would probably be nothing alike, as cancer is mutations of your own cells, causing the mutation to spread and become a cancer, while aids is a virus, th... [Show full comment]

The treatments for HIV work so well now that it's essentially cured, you just have to swallow 40 pills a day for the rest of your life. I'm already taking 20 pills a day just in psych meds, I doubt I'd notice if it tripled.

Well if I remember correctly there is a cure for AIDS, and if I find a cure for cancer I could cure the cancer I already have then I could cure my aids and not only will I have saved millions of people but i'll actually get to live to go to college and get my dream job so there are no downsides
