Wish for a paper with the lottery numbers on them. Win lottery and only the paper disappears when you ask for something else.

i only wish for a few things 1: a pill that when eaten gives the entity inter-universe teleportation , shape-shifting and pearl manipulation. 2: a pearl symbolizing Arson/fire. 3: a pearl symbolizing The Ocean/water/Aquatic things. 4: a pearl symbolizing Flying. 5: a pearl symbolizing plants.

yeah wish for stack of papers with the cure to every disease written on them. after you wish for something else you have already copied it off the papers and only the papers disappear.
