it says most powerful therefore you would have to be in TOP physical condition so this is a perfect health button it doesn't say you are any good at the martial arts just that your the most powerful so i say its worth it

Lol, writing is a back up plan if my acting career goes wrong, and martial arts aren't.. well they just aren't. It"s not like I dislike them, it"s just that they aren't my thing. Do whatever, I don't care. Just my opinion.
