I can choose when to use it whenever necessary so it is better than not having it. And i can sell or dismantle without consequence as well

key word IF 3 times. avoid 3. Either the weapon is .5 and the armor is .5, or each count as 1. Therefore, use them both twice at the same time, getting 2 then 4, no 3 involved
