This is broken, if i can do it "at will" but only in monlight is n more at will.

@Verysmartpersom: i think it mean that you can change to any animal until you are under moonlight, se there are a lot of limitations, even if you go below a big tree you can get back to normal cause moonlight don't hit you.

i think that you choose when but if moonlight hit you you will turn even if you don't want to (but you can just change back afterwards

I'm assuming this means you can do it at will, but it is forced on you in moonlight. first problem, humans are animals. second, it says ANY animal, so you can choose what you're turned into at night, or have a preset chosen. basically, you become beast boy without turning green.

Humans are scientifically animals too. Also at will and whenever moonlight hits you are two VERY different things. Make up your mind.

I think they might have meant "You can turn into animals at will when moonlight hits you, but the rest of the time you remain yourself." Proper phrasing is important.
