1 minute on the moon is still 1 minute on earth... If there is a difference in time on earth and the moon is very very small.

Being stuck on the moon with the same 5 people for 10 years would get boring, since the moon is super hot during the day, supercooled beyond human tolerance at night, and looks the same no matter where you go.

i see no downside. You can get away from people and bring your closest friends with you. If you got bored, you could always use internet, talk to the five people you brought with you, especially if you brought a significant other, and do basically whatever you want!
