I've said this a thousand fucking times, on many that says you could become immortal: THERE'S NO UPSIDE. I'd rather die instantly than be immortal. It may sound good. But think about it. It's absolutely terrible.

Both are downsides. The 50% death is an obvious downside but immortality is worse,u have to live for the rest of existance seeing friends and family die and even your children

If I become inmortal, when the universe becomes nothing, even if it takes quadrilion of years, being stuck on the vacuum of space without posibility of doing anything for all the eternity... I see no upside
