It's still an a ability I didn't have before. If I really wanted to I could use it only to escape danger, at the cost of one random life (all kinds of people die all the time). I'd probably still use it a lot.

I teleport to a room where a ring that lets its wearer make 3 wishes no strings attached sits on a table waiting for me only. My first wish is the person who dies instantly resurrects twice as happy and healthy and with 15 more years added to their life.
