It depends on how fast your superhuman speed is, but if it's anywhere near what the Flash is capable of, odds are you would be dead. Each molecule produces friction.

The most likely speed cap would be around 100,000 mph, so a walking pace (IMO around 1 mph, and sprinting around 5 mph) would be around 20,000 mph. You would instantly die from molecules pressing on you.
