Wish for the power to be able to summon anything through will, summon a water-invinciblity potion for life, drink it, problem solved. Also, with the power to summon anything you can have any power you want.

The power of being absurdly lucky. Water kills me, but as luck would have it only after several billion years. I accidentally drink expired milk and some unique bacteria in it gives me flight and super strength. I win the 1.3 billion dollar powerball multiple times. You get the point
