Technically old English is a dead language, so you could speak that and every one in the UK and USA and Canada and a lot of the world would understand you, you would just sound very proper.

There are a lot of jobs that it would help in, but I wouldn't appreciate needing to use Google Translate for the vast majority of human interaction. Not worth it.
