You could destroy something easily . If Kinetic energy exists in stoped time , the build - up motion from punches or touches on an item can make is move with a speed equal the physical interactions . With this knowledge , you could remove a door with light speed if you do this enough .

What? This is just an upside... let me rephrase the question: Upside = You can stop time for as long as you want (ALthough you can not use it to live longer as you continue to age when time is frozen). Downside: ???. What I'm saying is, this is just a limited upside.
