First off, why the HECK would I want people to taste me? Or smell me, for that matter. Secondly, if the universe is my sandbox, I can just have people be able to do everything the people can not do to me, so, major loophole.

The only real problems are see and hear. If they can't feel you, you"re a ghost (cool), if they can't smell you, they can't tell you you stink (cool) and it"s impossible to be eaten because you"re a ghost (cool if we"re talking about cannabils).
