That"s not even a real downside. Unless specified, that"s how slowing or freezing time would work, given your ability to move while time is frozen.

The negative side to this button just makes sense, you would still age while the world around you stops or slows. That's why the power is useful, because you still act at normal speed while everything else is stopped/slowed.

Use your power at the same you only need to turn off your timer and all of your clocks the power comes from you so that means you control it no need to turn off all the clocks in the world
