Drinks with water in it aren't water. They are water based but not water. If you drank those drinks, you"d most likely only take in the water and the added parts would probably stay behind.

um.... what? you can EAT whatever you want with no downside to it but you can only drink water? thats not even eating. in this one, ur only getting a downside. the "you can eat whatever you want without gaining weight" one is useless. whats the point if u can only drink water?
