Did that 34% not read about king Midas.... you couldn't eat or have sec. No water either. You'd die in about three days, and no one should try the whole "have someone else feed me." Thing because once it touches your body it becomes gold.

I wouldn't even grow back new legs. I would just have leg-like magical beams under some fancy magic armor. Or if that isn't allowed, I could just float around and make it look like I'm a genie or something.

Okay acting on the assumption you can’t make more legs with magic(it says you have no legs not you loose them) there is still hovering or summoning achtronocks from skyrim to carry you. Or just a wheel chair
