"Can" is a very useful word, if you pay attention (Unless you're drunk, then you just screwed yourself) you can use it as a last resort, or escape society, if you think about it. What i'm saying is, you CAN shapeshift, if you don't, you stay a human.

So what classifies as a human form, a monkey?, a person with human body parts + some extra things? But wait apparently the jellyfish can self-revive, so form into whatever you want, and when you are about to die, become a jellyfish and get revived
