Well, I know I have cancer then. I can still TREAT it, and it's early enough that I'd have a decent chance of survival depending on the type of cancer.

Technically, there are two loopholes to this problem, either someone named "You" will get the cancer, or, since the button has some weird divine force as it has these impossible decisions, you will be cured from the cancer. They never specified LOL XD LMAO.
