0% fat is pretty deadly already, because fat has much important functionalities in the body (like protecting internal organs ... no joke ... and making sure you dont die if you dont eat for more than an hour.)

You would have already died from the extreme fat loss, you would have 0 calories saved In your body to do stuff, so you would die. Even the super ripped people have like 0.5% fat, not 0% fat.
